We stayed at a Courtyard in phoenix the night before and Desert Quail seemed have better linen and towels. 4 Blocks away from the Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. The decor is a bit dated. It’s simple, quiet, clean and well appointed. Great prices but most importantly , very clean ( and yes I make sure!). Guests praise the convenient parking.
