I would NOT recommend this for a handgun....just too big but fits my application perfectly. The size of the pointer makes it easy to hold. I did not get to shoot further than this, but my impression is that the dot will be a tiny bit larger than the 1 MOA Eotech dot (on the holographic site) at 100 yds, making this less accurate than an expensive holographic sight at long distances.I had recently lost a laser very similar to this one and it met all my expectations.

I’m shure My friends dog will go insaneCrazy bright, I have used it several hours and battery is still strong.So bright so cool, worth every penny for the price.I like that it came with it's on battery charger.
