Dr Yoshida is a lovely person & probably a good doctor. I just think that it's too bad that such a good doctor, in my opinion, is getting such a bad rep on google reviews, from people that have seen him once. We were travelling to South America and need to quickly update her shots. I have found her to be thorough, proactive, easy to talk to. My last few experiences with front desk staff have been positive.
She pointed to me that she is busy today and also when I complain about my issue she said "not my problem".
