For a young kid he was great and knowledgeable about the cavern. I've been to many caves and by far for the value and beauty Smoke Hole it is by far my favorite cave.The whole area is a wonderful place to visit if you like the outdoors.Stayed in the hotel, we used the swimming pools at the resorts, Room was a little noisy next door but quiet after 11PM Please choose a different date.Sorry, there are no tours or activities available to book online for the date(s) you selected. Between the broken shades, dirty living area and mice...this place left little to be desired for.Wonderful place to stay !! as beautiful as the smoke hole cavern is, there is nothing better than just the plain ole peacefulness that surrounds this place. As you travel 2 miles north you will see separated the Smoke Hole Log Cabin Resort area and the Smoke Hole Cottage area.

We also visited the caverns, which was an excellent value and well guided.We stayed in one of the rental house properties, so not a hotel review.We recently stayed in the sweetheart cabins at Smoke Hole Caverns and Log Cabin Resort for our second visit. Beautiful sites and fishing is a blast ! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for fixing any meal and the jaccuzzi is a great stress release after a day in the mountains. Cabins are gorgeous and clean . Check out all of the local attractions below! From seeing the faces of our cabin neighbors this would be a great family vacation site - the pool, fishing, horseshoe pit, outdoor grills and picnic tables (separate grills and tables for each cabin) provide everything you need for a fun time.

Definitely recommend this resort for a vacation or an anytime weekend getaway.The gift shop and check in are is very well maintained with the tourist stops such as the caverns and mini golf. Helpful.
