The menus on line were not the food that was available to us at the the restaurant very few choices. The pool was dirty. The Hotel was busy so small complaints like that were not worth wasting the time of the seemingly understaffed front desk. Overall it was supposed to be a romantic getaway and it was a disaster.I love how friendly all the staff is. Tried to order room service for an hour and ended up going downstairs. 3-9 stories, interior corridors. Plus not very friendly service.The location of this place was great! Instead, I decided it was in my best interested to go Newport barhopping which, wow, let me tell you….Newport folk really like to drink. Great restraints onsite with good food. Many get there first thing put their towels down and leave.
