Wolf Creek Inn is the oldest continuously operated hotel in the Pacific Northwest. The place was nearly empty on an August Saturday night, probably because it was still 88 degrees at bedtime and most folks aren't crazy enough to try camping in that heat. Wolf Creek seems a very tiny community with some sort of store and an old, historic tavern in a large white building.I absolutely recommend making the trek to Wolf Creek, whether you need a place to rest your head or would like a serene, quiet destination.
