The rooms are very spacious, very high speed internet, extremely courteous staff, amazing buffet breakfast. CheersExcellent service from the hotel staff and we enjoyed our wonderful staycation at The Grand Hyatt Singapore. We have tried our best to investigate the facts as speedily as possible, though this has posed certain challenges given the many unknowns in dealing with this new and fast-evolving situation. But Singapore is expensive, the night club downstairs full of intimidating ladies so not relaxing for a drink and the air con in the rooms often feels clammy/damp. The bathrooms are even better and provided with adequate toileteries. Located in the heart of Orchard Road, travellers who are visiting Singapore for the first time would appreciate its proximity to the shopping strips.

6. Collection of all orders is at the lobby store or via drive-through collection at Grand Hyatt Singapore. Loved the service, front desk and concierge really helpful as were staff in bars and restaurants. This I believe was our 6th or 7th time and has not ever disappointed us. I'm glad we did, the hotel appears to be very new with good facilities. I will certainly share your message with our team more specifically with Katherine and Grace which I am sure they will find it very motivational.
Looking forward to our next staycation in May 2020. There is also a 20 metre indoor temperature –controlled pool with underwater music speakers.
