It just felt kinda generic to me, it didn't have an of the originality or freshness the books had. Also, the character dynamics and conflicts felt super forced. Coming September 2017 is a new comic series written by Rainbow Rowell (Eleanor & Park, Fangirl, Carry On) and drawn by Kris Anka. i just remember it this way and remember feeling disappointing lol.
