We had to pack our bags put them in the lobby and weee told by two different employees they would be moved by the staff to our new room. Pretty well stocked kitchen, adequate linens, campfire with one free roll of firewood, the bookshelf even had puzzles! I liked the location, however, if you need internet you will not find much of a signal there.

Enjoy the pool and being in a natural oasis which also is close to all the amenities Sylvan Lake offers! We give it 3 stars because it needed better cleaning as the carpet was never vacuumed in the 3 days we were there .
There is virtually no cell service in the area and wi-fi works barely just in 1 section of the lodge.We stayed in one of the newer two bedroom two bath cabins - ours had a Lakeview.
