Vayama is by far the worst company one can deal with. It is always best to be safe on shopping online. Airlines are willing to change ticket dates but you can't do the change because your ticket was purchased through Vayama.

I was charged (twice) by Vayama for a ticket change that was not rendered correctly OR on time.Unfortunately, it seems that most issues with 3rd party sites arise from changes.That is a big reason that I don't want to insert ANY 3rd party agent between me, and the carrier.I have used Vayama several times for my mission team to purchase overseas tickets.
